Privacy Policy

Account data: when you sign in with Google or via email link, we receive your name, email address, and (for Google sign-in) profile photo from Firebase Authentication. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Onboarding data: the technical catalog text and buyer filters (material specification, target region, minimum order quantity) you submit through the client workspace, so the extraction pipeline can be scoped to your requirements.

Usage data: standard request metadata (timestamps, API route accessed) needed to operate and secure the Service.

Enriched leads are generated by an automated pipeline that scrapes public sources (trade directories, published industrial/regulatory notices, business listings) via third-party providers (Firecrawl, Apify) and cleans the results with an AI model (Gemini) to remove retail/broker listings.

Only publicly available business information is targeted by this pipeline — it is not designed to extract or infer sensitive personal data about individuals.

To operate your account and the client workspace dashboard.

To run the extraction pipeline against the buyer filters you submit.

To generate AI-assisted outreach pitches for the leads delivered to your workspace.

To maintain platform security, including verifying that API requests belong to an authenticated session.

Account and pipeline data (catalog submissions, enriched leads) are stored in Firebase Firestore, scoped to your account (`ownerUid`). API routes verify your Firebase session token server-side before returning or writing any data tied to your account — one account cannot read another account's submissions or leads.

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Firecrawl, Apify, and Google Gemini as data-sourcing and processing providers for the extraction pipeline. Each operates under its own privacy terms for the processing they perform on our behalf.

Catalog submissions and enriched leads are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit and re-run past onboarding submissions. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the WhatsApp contact link on this site.

All pipeline API routes require a verified Firebase ID token; there is no unauthenticated path to read or write account data. Traffic is served over HTTPS, and the site enforces a strict Content Security Policy. See our Terms & Conditions for acceptable use of any lead data you receive.

You can sign out at any time from the navigation menu. You can decline to submit a catalog or buyer filters — Phase 2/3 of the pipeline simply won't have anything to run against.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
