By creating an account or otherwise using Samarth Intel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Samarth Intel provides industrial B2B lead generation: catalog and buyer-filter onboarding, automated intent mining across public sources, AI-assisted data cleaning, and delivery of enriched procurement contacts through a client workspace and WhatsApp outreach links.

Lead data is sourced from publicly available information — including trade association directories, published industrial/regulatory notices, business listings, and other public sources — and is provided for legitimate B2B sales outreach only.

You agree not to use leads or contact data obtained through the Service for spam, harassment, unsolicited bulk messaging outside applicable consent/opt-out requirements, or any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws (including India's IT Act and DPDP Act, and any local equivalent in the buyer's jurisdiction) when contacting leads delivered through the Service.

You may not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract the Service's underlying data pipeline, nor resell raw lead data to third parties without a separate written agreement.

Accounts are authenticated via Google OAuth or a passwordless email sign-in link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account or Google account used to sign in, and for all activity under your account.

Pricing tiers, included lead volumes, and features are described on the Pricing page and are visible to signed-in accounts. Plan terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policy will be confirmed at checkout / during onboarding with the Samarth Intel team.

Leads are enriched using automated extraction and AI-assisted validation. While we take reasonable steps to filter out retail and broker listings and to verify contact details, Samarth Intel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued validity of any lead, and is not liable for outcomes of outreach based on delivered leads.

The Samarth Intel platform, including its extraction pipeline, UI, and branding, is the property of Samarth Intel. Your account grants you a limited right to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or aggregated data.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including misuse of lead data or attempts to circumvent the Service's access controls. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
